it is very difficult to shoot a object especially insect/bug at maximum focusing even setting yr camera to a small aperture. So the BEST solution is to stack few images to increase the available DOF in a shot.
You might want to do this where you just can't get the required DOF no matter what aperture you use.
What you need is a software called CombineZM.
The software are able to stack 2 or more images to achieve the final image you want.
i had taken 2 photos and stack them together, you can see that the DOF for the final image had increased.
The focusing point is at the eye.
The focusing point is at the body

Myself and my new toy at ZOO
CANON (L-Lens)? The answer is NIKON AFS 300mm f2.8 but in grey colour version.
Picture taken by APPLE IPHONE.
My review of this lens
1. fast, sharp
2. a longer reach compare to my 70-200mm
3. good in low light condition.
4. heavy 2.8kg and bulky, impossible to handhold for long duration
5. expensive. (all my bonus are gone -_-''')
6. Look COOL in grey, :D
